Studio Policy
Unfortunately, due to studio capacity and safety regulations, we can only accommodate paid participants in the studio. This means we are unable to allow additional guests to watch. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable.
The free shipping offer is available to Florida residents within a 40-mile radius of our studio with valid proof of address, as well as visitors who provide accommodation confirmation located more than 20 miles or a 40-minute drive from our studio.

Customer Safety Notice & Emergency Procedures
Due to recent events, we want all guests to be aware that your safety is our highest priority.
If any concerning activity, disturbance, or unsafe situation occurs outside or near our studio, classes will be stopped immediately and the studio may be secured for everyone’s protection.
If an evacuation becomes necessary, all guests will be escorted out through our designated rear emergency exit. For safety reasons, everyone must exit the building.
If you are unable to finish your artwork due to a class interruption or cancellation related to a safety concern, you will receive a refund.
Because our studio is located near a public beach access area and large public parking lot, outside incidents may occasionally occur nearby. If we determine conditions are unsafe, classes will not continue or resume.
Please note: Due to insurance and liability restrictions, we are unable to shelter customers in the rear area of the building. The rear exit is designated for emergency evacuation only.
