Hosting a Party at Shattered Glass DIY
Thank you for reaching out about hosting your group event with us! We'd love to help you celebrate your special occasion.
Whether you're planning a birthday party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, team-building event, family gathering, or just a fun day with friends, we offer a unique and creative experience that everyone will enjoy.
Private Party Information

Private events require a minimum of 12 guests.

Our Parties take place after 5 pm & no later than 7 pm.

Our studio can accommodate up to 32 guests.

All guests will create the *same project so everyone finishes at approximately the same time and enjoys the experience together. (Charcuterie boards are one of our most popular group projects!)

*Project Selection for Private Events

Your group will choose one class for the event, such as a Resin Charcuterie Board Class or a Glass Art Class. To ensure everyone enjoys the experience together and finishes at approximately the same time, all guests must participate in the same class.

We are unable to mix multiple class types during private parties. For example, guests cannot split between Resin Board projects and Glass Art projects during the same private event.
Our friendly instructors will guide your group step-by-step, making it easy and fun for everyone—no artistic experience is necessary.

Artwork Pickup
Your artwork will be ready for pickup on the next business day. If it's more convenient, one person may pick up everyone's completed projects.
Adding Guests
Need to add more guests? No problem! As long as space is available, you may:

Call us to add additional guests, or

Have guests book online individually if self-payment is preferred.
Payment Policy
If your class balance has not been paid by the required deadline, your Party will be cancelled, Shattered Glass DIY reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.

Children's Private Parties & Classes
Thank you for choosing Shattered Glass DIY! We're excited to help you celebrate. Please review the following information before booking your private children's class or party.
Minimum Attendance
Private Children's Class
- Minimum of 8 children.
- Classes are held during our regular business hours alongside other scheduled classes.
Private Children's Party
- Minimum of 12 children.
- Your group will have exclusive use of the studio during your private party with no other guests present.
- Private children's parties are held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Attendance & Safety Policy
To ensure the safety of all guests and provide an enjoyable experience, please review the following policies:

Every person entering the studio must be listed on the online waiver, whether they are participating or attending as a guest.

Children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the studio at any time for safety reasons. Any child under 6 years old will be asked to leave.

Private Table Parties (held during regular class hours): Due to limited space, only one adult (18 years or older) may accompany and assist each child.

Private Birthday Parties: The birthday child may have up to four non-participating guests present to celebrate. All guests must:

Be listed on the online waiver before arriving.

Be 10 years of age or older for safety reasons.

Guests who are not listed on the waiver or who do not meet these requirements may not remain in the studio.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, enjoyable, and organized environment for all of our guests.
Age Requirement
- Children must be 10 years of age or older to participate in a private party at Shattered Glass DIY.
Adult Supervision
- Every child must have an adult (18 years of age or older) present throughout the event.
- The adult is expected to actively participate in the child's project and provide guidance and assistance as needed.
Waiver Requirement
- A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the online waiver before the event.
- Please include each child's full name when completing the waiver.
Food & Beverages
- BYOB is welcome.
- You are welcome to bring snacks, food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during your event.
Event Length
- Private Children's Class: Approximately 90 minutes
- Private Children's Party: Approximately 120 minutes (5:00 PM–7:00 PM).
No-Show & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for guests who do not attend.
- Guests who are unable to attend may receive a Glass Art Home Kit to complete their project at home.
Behavior Policy
We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Shattered Glass DIY reserves the right to end a class or party if disruptive or unsafe behavior occurs. If an event is ended due to behavior issues, no refunds will be issued.
Artwork Pickup
- All artwork will be ready for pickup on the next business day.
- Guests may pick up their artwork individually, or the party organizer may pick up all completed projects for the group.
