Once my order has been properly packaged and delivered to the shipping carrier, the shipment is transferred to the custody and control of the carrier. While Shattered Glass DIY takes reasonable care in packaging artwork for shipment, we cannot guarantee the carrier’s handling, transportation, or delivery performance.

Shattered Glass DIY is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, theft after delivery, weather-related issues, carrier handling, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

I understand that I am responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shattered Glass DIY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided by the customer was inaccurate or incomplete.

If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit, Shattered Glass DIY may assist by providing available tracking information, shipping records, or other documentation.
