Registration and Booking
All participants are required to select a project at the time of booking through our designated reservation platform. It is the responsibility of the registering party to ensure all information provided, including spelling and personal details, is accurate and complete.

Gift cards are valid only at participating studio locations where originally purchased. Upon redemption of a gift card for class registration, the card shall be deemed fully utilized and shall carry no remaining monetary value.

By registering any additional guest(s) under a reservation, the registering individual expressly acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for the conduct, safety, and compliance of such guest(s) while on the premises. All guests are required to review, acknowledge, and comply with all applicable Shattered Glass DIY policies.

Unregistered Guests
Each participant must be individually registered and assigned a project in order to attend and participate in any class or workshop. Seating is not allocated for unregistered guests or observers. Any individual not properly registered may be denied entry or required to register and remit payment prior to the commencement of instruction, subject to availability.

Class Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized and preparatory nature of our services, all registration fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled class will be eligible for a credit applicable toward a future workshop. Such credit shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year from the original class date.

Shattered Glass DIY reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment, defined as fewer than four (4) registered participants.

Private Party Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking a private event. Upon meeting the required minimum number of participants, the initial deposit may be refunded. Failure to meet the minimum participation requirement shall result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of cancellation by the booking party, all deposits shall be non-refundable due to the allocation of resources and reservation of calendar availability. All participants in private events must complete registration and submit customization details no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.

Virtual Workshop Policy
No credits or refunds shall be issued for missed live virtual instruction sessions. Participants who fail to attend or arrive late shall remain responsible for completing their projects independently using provided materials and instructions.

Project Change Requests
Requests to modify a selected project must be submitted to the hosting studio no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled class. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
